By accessing or using CAELIS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
CAELIS provides strategic support to people building things online.
Depending on the stage of CAELIS, services may include strategic engagements, Build Maps, research and recommendations, discussions, resources and other features released over time.
CAELIS is developing progressively. Not every feature will necessarily be available at all times.
Access to a CAELIS engagement is limited and by invitation following an enquiry.
CAELIS may consider whether someone is a suitable fit. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee admission, and access opens in stages.
CAELIS engagements are invitation-based and offered gradually to people CAELIS has reviewed, vetted or personally invited.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee an invitation.
Invitations are at CAELIS's discretion, and the scope of what CAELIS offers may change as it develops.
You must not harass or abuse others, spam, scrape data from CAELIS, misuse contact information, impersonate others, engage in unlawful conduct, intentionally disrupt the service, or share confidential information shared with you through CAELIS without permission.
CAELIS may end an engagement where this happens.
You may share ideas, methods, business information, results and experiences. You retain ownership of what you submit unless otherwise agreed.
CAELIS will respect information clearly shared in confidence, and expects the same in return. However, CAELIS cannot guarantee that a third party will never misuse or disclose what you share.
Use your judgment before sharing highly confidential, sensitive or proprietary information.
Discussions, sessions, opinions, feedback, recommendations and resources are general information only.
CAELIS does not guarantee business success, income, revenue, customer acquisition, investment outcomes or any particular result. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
Where appropriate, seek professional legal, financial, tax or other specialist advice.
A CAELIS engagement is a paid service with a defined initial scope. Its price and scope are shown before purchase, and you will need to agree to the applicable price before payment.
If a recurring engagement is ever offered, recurring charges will be clearly disclosed and cancellation instructions will be made available. Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refund or remedy rights may apply where required by law. Any additional voluntary change-of-mind or cancellation policy will be stated separately.
CAELIS is still developing, so features, formats and services may change over time.
Where a material change affects an existing paid service, CAELIS will handle that change consistently with applicable law and any rights you may have.
CAELIS may suspend or end access where you seriously breach these Terms, harm others, misuse the service, engage in spam or aggressive solicitation, or create legal or security risks.
CAELIS branding, site design, original resources, business breakdowns, written materials and other CAELIS-created content remain the property of CAELIS or their respective rights holders.
Please do not reproduce, resell or commercially redistribute CAELIS-created materials without permission. CAELIS does not claim ownership of your own content simply because you share it during an engagement.
CAELIS may link to external websites, tools or services. CAELIS is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.
To the extent permitted by law, CAELIS is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from reliance on discussions, third-party tools or external opportunities.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
